Easy Chipotle Jackfruit Tacos

1 large jackfruit, shredded 
Coconut oil
1-2 tsp. chipotle powder
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
6 coconut wraps, cactus tortillas or romaine leaves


In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat coconut oil. Add jackfruit, onions and chipotle powder. Cook until slightly crispy.
Arrange mixture on wraps and top with avocado, fresh cilantro and salsa.
Mo’s note: If you can’t find fresh jackfruit, you may also use that kind that comes canned in water. Drain and rinse before cooking.
